Here’s how to grant us access to your Xero ledger:
- Log in to Xero
Go to xero.com and sign in to your organization. - Go to Settings > Users
Navigate to Settings, then click Users. Click “Invite a User”
- Give us a name like AHX Advisors
- Enter our email: richard@ahxadvisors.com.au
- Select Payroll admin & Business and Accounting
- Choose the Advisor access level
- Select Can invite new users, edit user roles, and delete users. This allows us to assign an advisor.
- Send the Invitation
We’ll receive an email and accept the invite.

If you’re unsure about granting permission to invite, edit, or remove users, simply leave this unchecked. We’ll reach out if additional user access is required.
